All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

Incorrect Address?

If you’ve entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or notify us at support@pratajewlz.com or you can call/whatsapp us on 0339-0772820 within 24 hours. We’ll update the address accordingly. Please note that after 24 hours, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for incorrect submissions.

Delivery Time

We carefully select the most suitable shipping method based on the size and weight of your order. Here are some key details about delivery times:

  • Standard production time is 8-10 business days before shipping.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and may take 2-3 weeks on average.
  • Each product has its specific production time, so please review the description for more details.
  • Multiple items may require additional time to process.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking number after 10 business days, kindly email us at support@pratajewlz.com.

Express Delivery

If you need your order urgently, let us know via WhatsApp or email. We will confirm whether express delivery is possible. For express delivery, an additional charge of PKR 700 will apply, and the payment must be made in advance.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 7 business days from the date of receipt to return the item for a refund. A service fee of PKR 500 will be deducted, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us before returning any goods, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Pre-approved returns must be in their original, undamaged condition, along with their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you in arranging a return, replacement, or refund. If the package appears damaged on delivery, you can note it on the waybill or refuse the delivery. After 48 hours, we are unable to accept claims for damages.

At Prata Jewlz, we respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for order processing and is never shared or sold to third parties. Credit card information is not stored. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may occasionally send promotional offers. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
